Packley Leasing Limited was incorporated in 1983 to take advantage of the 100% Capital Allowances available at that time. It provided Sales Aid Leasing facilities for two small companies connected to retail pharmacy, which were personally known to Peter Buckley MRPharmS (Managing Director). Mr Buckley is a retail pharmacist with a number of pharmacies in the area.
In 1993 Phil Jones FHD,MICM,FFA, joined the company as General Manager and he is responsible for the day to day activities of the company. He has worked in banking and finance since 1969.
The Company has built up its own book in Hire Purchase, Small Ticket Leasing and Personal Loans and is continuing to provide finance facilities to new and existing customers through dealers, brokers and companies who provide equipment
