Peter is a Pharmacist and was admitted to the  Royal Pharmaceutical Society Register in 1964.   He is the Managing Director of Peter Buckley Ltd which was incorporated in 1974 and now operates 6 retail pharmacies in the Lancashire area.

Phil joined Williams & Glyns Bank from school in 1969 before moving into the instalment credit market several years later.  After successfully gaining the Finance and Leasing Association Diploma he became a Member of the Institute of Credit Management and Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants.
