Packley Leasing Limited was incorporated in 1983 to take advantage of the 100% Capital Allowances available at that time. It provided Sales Aid Leasing facilities for 2 small companies connected to retail pharmacy which were personally known to Peter Buckley. The Company has built up its own book in Hire Purchase, Small Ticket Leasing and Personal Loans and is continuing to provide finance facilities to new and existing customers through dealers, brokers and companies who provide equipment.
